Southern California local Rhonda Velasco knows the highways and byways of the area pretty well from her time as a school bus driver. Over the years, she expertly navigated her way from San Diego to Greater Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, getting to know the back streets and major roadways better than most.


Before entering real estate, Rhonda worked for various school districts in critical roles, including as a special needs assistant, exchange student coordinator, and school bus driver. Her years of dedication and service to her community validate Rhonda’s joy of serving others — a critical key for success in the real estate industry. Rhonda knows this from firsthand experience after purchasing her own home. The care she received was less than what she knew she deserved, and Rhonda knew she could provide better service. Ultimately, this experience inspired Rhonda to take her love for service into the world of real estate, where she now dedicates herself to providing the highest level of care and support as clients make big life decisions about their homes.


Since earning her real estate license, Rhonda has helped her clients with everything from probates, trusts, and bankruptcies to first-time, move-up, and scale-down homebuying. Recognized as a top 10 producer in December 2020, Rhonda ensures every client receives the elevated service they deserve.


Nothing is more important to Rhonda than her faith, her beloved family, and the country she is proud to call home. But she is especially proud of coming from a military family; her youngest son and her niece, father, grandfather, and others have all honorably served. Rhonda is also passionate about her fundraising work on behalf of the Christian Intervention Program at The Sanctuary Church. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, but she especially enjoys the beauty and peace that come from being at the beach, her favorite place to find joy and rejuvenation.
