Derin Tolu leads digital strategy for Full Realty Services, bringing over a decade of experience in marketing technology, instructional design, and digital transformation. Since joining in 2025, he’s focused on rebuilding and rebranding the company’s digital footprint—starting with modern, scalable websites that power growth across CENTURY 21 Masters, 21st Century Lending, and other affiliated brands.

Before FRS, Derin served as VP of Digital Services at CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance, where he launched agent-facing platforms, built in-house marketing systems, and developed hands-on training programs. He’s also crafted enterprise learning solutions for companies like WeWork and Palo Alto Networks, always with a focus on clarity, impact, and smart execution.
