Dolce Ibarra is a seasoned Century 21 Masters agent with 12 years at the brokerage and a real estate license dating back to 1999, serving buyers and sellers across Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties. Known for her tenacity and heart, she has sold every listing in the past two years in 30 days or less and most recently earned the Ruby Award for production. Whether guiding first-time buyers, navigating complex divorces, or tracking down a client’s dream home before it ever hit their radar, Dolce brings equal measures of competitive drive and genuine care to every transaction.

Some agents sell homes. Dolce Ibarra finds them — the ones clients didn’t even know existed yet, the ones that remind a wife of her grandmother’s house in another state, the ones that become the backdrop for decades of family memories. That instinct, honed over more than two decades in real estate, is what sets her apart.
Licensed since 1999 and a Century 21 Masters agent for 12 years, Dolce has built a track record that speaks for itself: every single listing she has taken in the past two years has sold in 30 days or less. Her most recent honor, the Ruby Award for production, reflects the consistent, high-level results she delivers for clients across Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties.
Dolce’s connection to real estate runs deeper than a career choice — it’s woven into her earliest memories. Growing up, her family moved frequently, never staying more than a year or two in any one place. Rather than feel unsettled, young Dolce would seek out a corner of each new home to make her own: under a willow tree, in an unused closet, in a quiet part of the yard. “As I grew up, I came to understand the value of having a safe and secure place to live,” she reflects.
Emancipated and a high school graduate at 16, the very first college courses she enrolled in were real estate courses. Life took her on a different path for the next 15 years, but eventually she obtained her license — and her mother’s reaction said everything: “Finally!” As Dolce puts it, “I guess I always knew real estate was for me; I just needed to find my path to it.” That path led her to Century 21 Masters, where she has been ever since, and where — if you ask her what she would do if she weren’t in real estate — her answer is simply: “Real estate. Truly.”
Dolce specializes in residential real estate across a broad spectrum of clients and situations: first-time buyers taking their first leap into homeownership, move-up buyers and sellers ready for their next chapter, families and professionals navigating relocation, and investors building or expanding their portfolios. Her depth of experience across all four groups means she can meet clients exactly where they are — whether they’re nervous about making an offer for the very first time or seasoned investors looking for their next opportunity.
Her service area spans Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties, and her Century21.com profile carries a 5.0-star rating across 45 reviews — a consistent reflection of the experience clients describe as patient, knowledgeable, and deeply communicative.
Ask Dolce about a memorable transaction and she doesn’t hesitate. A couple wandered into one of her open houses and began describing what they were looking for — something specific, uncommon, and complicated by the fact that they had a home to sell before they could buy. They were hesitant to list without having found their perfect property first.
Dolce listened carefully, toured several properties with them over a couple of weekends, and quietly built a picture in her mind of exactly what their dream home looked like. Then she went looking for it on her own. She found a property that wasn’t in the area they’d been searching, and it was priced higher than their comfort zone — but she sent it to them anyway. They were intrigued enough to take a look. They fell in love.
“It was everything they dreamed of and more,” Dolce recalls. Together they crafted the strongest offer the buyers felt comfortable with, contingent on the sale of their existing home, and it was accepted at a price within their range. Their home sold in record time, and both escrows closed in under 45 days. “I loved hearing all the stories about how the home reminded them of the wife’s grandparents’ home in another state and how they pictured making memories in their new home with their own kids and eventual grandchildren. Seeing the joy in their eyes was the best compliment they could ever give.”
When an out-of-state seller inherited her aunt’s California home through a trust, she found herself in an impossible position: the home had sat vacant for months after her aunt’s passing, she couldn’t travel to California, and she had no one on the ground to help. She called Dolce.
Dolce took the reins entirely — arranging to have the house emptied, painted, repaired, and thoroughly cleaned. It was, by her own description, a big project. But the seller trusted her, and together they got it done. The home was prepared, listed, and sold, giving a grieving family member the resolution and relief she needed from thousands of miles away.
Real estate rarely happens in a vacuum, and Dolce understands that better than most. When a past client going through a difficult divorce needed to sell the family home, they turned to someone they trusted. The situation required not just real estate expertise but emotional intelligence and careful handling — both parties needed to feel heard and respected throughout the process.
On top of the personal complexity, the home needed repairs to appeal to the broadest pool of buyers. Dolce guided her clients through every step, managing the delicate dynamics while also overseeing the preparation of the property. The result: a great buyer, a completed sale, and two people who were able to move forward. It’s the kind of outcome that doesn’t show up in a sales statistic — but it’s exactly why clients come back.
She has also helped clients navigate the challenge of selling a home occupied by a squatter tenant — a legally and emotionally fraught situation that required patience, strategy, and a steady hand to resolve.
Dolce was our agent when we bought our condo. She was amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable on everything we wanted. I have referred her several times. Always a great experience.

Dolce’s passions are art, music, and camping — ideally all three at once. She’s a devoted theater lover, from Broadway productions to community stages, and has given back to her community as a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Family anchors her life: she has a daughter in New York City, another in Texas whom she visits as often as possible, and a son who has followed her into real estate. “I love swapping stories and helping him succeed,” she says. Her oldest daughter is a constant companion in the search for new experiences, and whenever the opportunity arises, Dolce loves to travel — both domestically and abroad.
“This career will be far more challenging than you can ever imagine, and it will be more rewarding than words can express.” That’s what Dolce would tell a newer version of herself — and it’s the same wisdom she offers to agents just starting out today. Her counsel: surround yourself with agents who are already doing what you’re striving for, and let them help you. “This can be a solo endeavor, but never forget that we are so much better together. Make it your focus to be of service to your clients, and they will remember how you made them feel and become your most valuable assets.”
It’s a philosophy that has guided 12 years at Century 21 Masters and more than two decades in the industry — and it shows in every transaction she touches. “I’m driven by helping people, and I tend to be competitive,” she says. “I think those two qualities help me succeed in and enjoy my real estate career. I consider it an honor to be part of my client’s ‘transition team,’ to help make their move as memorable as possible — in a good way.”
