Grace K Lee is a Century 21 Masters agent specializing in buyers, sellers, luxury, commercial, relocations, and investments across Southern California, including Claremont, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, and Chino Hills. A 2025 Centurion Award recipient, she recently closed her highest-priced listing at $7.02 million and brings a uniquely global perspective shaped by a life journey from China to Korea to California. Known for her meticulous preparation, relentless client advocacy, and genuine warmth, Grace has built a practice where trust and long-term relationships are the ultimate measure of success.

When Grace K Lee couldn’t reach her own real estate agent during a home purchase, she didn’t wait — she went out and got her license and handled it herself. That decisive, can-do spirit has defined every step of her career since, and it’s exactly what her clients experience every single day.
Now a 2025 Centurion Award recipient with Century 21 Masters, Grace has built a thriving practice across Southern California — and recently closed her highest-priced listing to date at $7.02 million. In just two years with the company, she has established herself as a trusted name in luxury, investment, and relocation real estate.
Grace’s entry into real estate is as honest as it is memorable. “I couldn’t get ahold of my agent when I was buying my home, so I decided to get my real estate license and just do it myself,” she shares with a laugh. “That is the true story of how I became a Realtor — LOL.”
But the story behind the story runs deeper. Grace’s life journey took her from China to Korea and eventually to California, where she built an entirely new life. Before real estate, she wore many hats — teacher, dental and medical office professional, Korean beauty product entrepreneur, flight attendant, and even the founder and leader of her own flight attendant team. She is also a devoted wife and mother. “Every experience has taught me something valuable,” she says, “but nothing has fulfilled me the way real estate has. I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.”
That rich, multicultural background gives Grace a rare empathy for clients navigating major life transitions. She understands firsthand that moving is never just about a house — it’s about family, change, hope, and sometimes starting over.
Grace works with a wide range of clients and transaction types, including buyers, sellers, luxury properties, commercial real estate, relocations, and investment properties. She is based in the Claremont area and serves clients throughout Southern California, with a strong presence in Claremont, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, and Chino Hills.
She has a particular passion for working with real estate investors. “Buying the right property can change a family’s future,” Grace explains. “I love helping my clients find opportunities, avoid costly mistakes, and build long-term wealth through real estate.” Her diverse professional background — spanning education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and international travel — gives her a uniquely broad perspective when advising clients on complex decisions.
Every agent has a milestone that marks a turning point — for Grace, it was selling her highest-priced listing at $7.02 million. This achievement, earned within her first two years at Century 21 Masters, reflects not only her market knowledge and negotiation skills but also the level of trust her clients place in her to handle their most significant assets.
The 2025 Centurion Award — one of Century 21’s most prestigious production recognitions — further underscores the consistency and excellence Grace brings to every transaction.
For Grace, going above and beyond isn’t a tagline — it’s a process. “I don’t rush a property to market,” she says. “I make sure it’s truly ready. Before a listing goes live, I visit the home multiple times to ensure every detail is in place and it’s presented at its absolute best.”
This meticulous, hands-on approach extends to how she thinks about her clients as people, not just transactions. Some of her most meaningful relationships have come from clients who had been let down before — a home that didn’t sell, a deal that fell apart, or simply a loss of confidence. “I enjoy helping people find a new path forward,” she says. “I believe there is always a solution. Sometimes we just have to work a little harder to find it.”
That commitment to continuous growth is also personal. Grace studies, practices, and works to improve every day — because, as she puts it, “My clients deserve someone who never stops learning and never stops working for them.”
She looks after her clients and is very quick to respond.

When Grace isn’t helping clients buy or sell, she’s feeding her love of adventure. A passionate traveler, she is proud to have journeyed to Paris completely on her own — and she has set herself an ambitious goal: to visit 100 countries in her lifetime. It’s a pursuit that mirrors her approach to real estate: bold, purposeful, and always moving forward.
Grace’s advice to anyone just starting out in real estate is grounded and practical: “Find an office that has a system you believe in. If you work hard and stay consistent, there’s no reason you can’t be successful. The tools are there — it’s all about implementing them. And that’s what we have at Century 21 Masters.”
It’s a philosophy she lives every day — and one that has taken her from a frustrated homebuyer who couldn’t reach her agent to a Centurion-level producer closing multi-million-dollar deals across Southern California.
