Some agents close deals. Natalie Wemmer changes lives — one carefully fought, deeply personal transaction at a time.

In her four years with Century 21 Masters, Natalie has closed over $10.2 million in volume in the last 12 months alone — with 2025 tracking just under $10 million and projections pointing to $12 million-plus for 2026. A recipient of the Ruby Award and Quality Service Pinnacle recognition, and a member of the IE Real Producers Top 500, Natalie has built her reputation not just on numbers, but on the kind of advocacy that saves clients tens of thousands of dollars and, sometimes, genuinely transforms their circumstances.

From Classroom to Closing Table: How Natalie Found Her Calling

Natalie’s path into real estate was equal parts practical and instinctive. When she began attending her foundational licensing courses, something clicked immediately. “I enjoyed the diverse ability of the day,” she recalls. “It wasn’t a typical 9-5. I could potentially create a schedule that works for me and my family, and the amount of effort that you put in determines the reward you will get — which I found really attractive.”

But it was her first few closings that truly sealed the deal. The feedback she received from clients — heartfelt, emotional, and deeply grateful — confirmed she was exactly where she needed to be. “The feedback that I was receiving from my clients of how amazing I was and that I was a godsend in their lives just really made me feel that if they could feel that powerful of an emotion for me, then I was exactly where I needed to be.”

Today, Natalie works alongside her husband, who left his own career to join her on this journey. “I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without the amazing support from my husband and my children,” she says. “His support has been huge and now we are trudging through this real estate journey together — and it’s really cool.”

Specialties: Where Expertise Meets Empathy

Natalie’s business in recent years has centered on three distinct client groups: elderly clients in transition, families looking to upsize, and relocation buyers and sellers. Each requires a different skill set — and Natalie has developed deep expertise in all three.

For elderly clients, her involvement goes far beyond writing contracts. She subcontracts and coordinates everything from junk removal to carpet installation, often serving as the primary point of contact for out-of-state family members navigating an emotionally charged process. It’s a niche that demands patience, compassion, and an almost project-manager level of organization — and it’s where Natalie truly shines.

A Win That Took Over a Year: The Long Beach Affordable Housing Victory

Among Natalie’s most significant recent achievements is a Long Beach closing that required more than twelve months of persistence, three formal denials, and a level of creative advocacy most agents would never attempt.

Her client’s property carried an affordable housing resale price cap restriction — a limitation that would have cost the seller nearly $200,000 compared to full market value. Natalie refused to accept that outcome. After repeated rejections from the city, she researched crime statistics and documented every reported incident within a one-mile radius of the property, then made a formal case to the city that the restriction was keeping a single woman in a community with an elevated rate of sexual crimes.

The restriction was lifted. Her client sold at full market value, saving close to $200,000. It was the second time Natalie had successfully fought to have such a restriction removed — a track record that speaks to both her legal tenacity and her commitment to her clients’ financial wellbeing.

Most Memorable Transaction: A Retired Teacher in Palmdale

When asked about the transaction that has stayed with her most, Natalie doesn’t point to her highest commission or her most complex deal. She points to a listing in Palmdale — one that involved a retired teacher who was losing mental capacity and living in conditions that were far from healthy.

The referral came from an out-of-state agent whose friend needed help. Natalie went to the house for an initial assessment and found belongings stacked from floor to ceiling, stray cats inside, and a sweet elderly woman who needed someone in her corner. “I don’t think many people would’ve taken on that transaction,” Natalie reflects. “I got so emotionally involved helping pack up her house, seeing her photos from when she was younger — it just really got to me.”

She guided the client’s non-local family through every step of the process, coordinating logistics that went well beyond any standard agent responsibility. The woman is now in assisted living — and she and Natalie still talk. “She asks me every time I talk to her if I’m a realtor and if I would help her sell her house,” Natalie says with warmth. “It’s the cutest thing ever.” The transaction may not have been her most lucrative, but it remains the one she’s most proud of.

Going Above and Beyond: When the Cleaner Cancels, Natalie Shows Up

Natalie’s above-and-beyond approach isn’t reserved for extraordinary circumstances — it’s simply how she operates. One of her current listings involves an elderly couple in assisted living whose son lives in Utah. With photos scheduled and a cleaning crew booked, the cleaner canceled the day before the shoot. Natalie’s response? She went to the house herself and cleaned it from top to bottom — an all-day effort — so the photos could proceed as planned.

She also visits the property every few days to water the plants in the backyard. “I know that every penny matters to this couple and I really want them to get the most amount of money possible,” she explains. Rather than advising a lower list price for a quick sale, she invested her own time and energy to position the home for a quick sale at a higher price. That’s the Natalie Wemmer difference.

Navigating Difficult Clients: Learning to Set Boundaries

Not every challenge Natalie has faced has been about the transaction itself. One of her most instructive experiences involved a client who required an exceptional level of attention — frequent calls, a need for visible activity like open houses, and little regard for personal boundaries or off-hours communication.

“She had no regard for personal time or anything other than what was going on with her and it was really hard to set boundaries,” Natalie recalls. “I had never gone through that before, and I learned a lot.” She recognized that this particular client needed to see the work being done — open houses, in-person activity — rather than simply hear about behind-the-scenes efforts. Adapting her communication style to meet that need while also learning to protect her own time was a growth experience she carries forward into every client relationship.

Advice to Her First-Year Self

If Natalie could go back and speak to the agent she was in year one, her advice would be clear and grounded: pick a specialty and commit to it. “Really pick something as far as a specialty and stick with it,” she says. “And understand that the first year is almost an internship — you’re a baby, and you’re being introduced to something completely foreign, as if you’re learning a new language.”

She’d also offer herself a dose of grace. “It’s OK to get frustrated, but just continue to suit up and show up — and each day builds upon the last. Before you know it, you will be able to provide value to your clients that will be attractive and will make you successful.”

Beyond Real Estate

When she’s not negotiating with city officials or cleaning a listing the day before photos, Natalie recharges with her family — camping trips, quick getaways to Big Bear, scary movie days in pajamas, hikes with her dogs, and any opportunity to catch a live comedy show. If there’s a wildlife sanctuary non-profit in her future, she wouldn’t rule it out. “Any chance to get into a comedy club? I’m all over it.”
